Harmya Engineering Consultancy is envisioned to provide Buildable Solutions with an emphasis on Sustainability and ‘fit-for-purpose’ approach. The aim of Harmya is to give clients a ‘one stop shop’ for all of their building and/or construction needs. We at Harmya have strong network of subconsultants to provide the complete range of design and consultancy services starting from Concept stage to take a project through to the Resource Consent and Building Consent stages. The experienced pool of Builders we have can take the project to construction and successfully complete the project.
Founder
A Chartered Structural Engineer since 2014, Pavan Kaushik has over 13 years of professional experience in New Zealand with a wide range of Structural Engineering expertise covering residential, educational, commercial, recreational, industrial and infrastructure buildings. Pavan has worked not only on projects varying from small to large size, but, has also been part of some award winning projects. He is a keen learner and strongly believes in mentoring and nurturing younger members in the team.
He is a double masters’ graduate (one in Structural Engineering and the other in Engineering Project Management). Outside of work he enjoys cooking, photography, reading, playing cricket & badminton, tramping and spending time with his family. He is also actively involved in a variety of community activities.
